Euna Lee is an award-winning documentary journalist who connects people around the world with her stories that goes beyond the headlines: An Iraqi translator abandoned in America, the tragedies of North Korean defectors in China, a 9-year-old girl dealing with an orphan disease NF,  the unbroken cycle of parolees’ life in the U.S., and the new face of Irish step dance. 

She earned a M.S. in Journalism at Columbia University in New York City. In 2010, she published her memoir, The World Is Bigger Now.
